You can cut the toilet rolls in half or in thirds, fill them in penny candy and roll them in tissue paper twisting each end closed. They will look like Tootsey Rolls. I make a big basket of these each year and use them as party favors, office gifts or when ever I need to bring agift for a group of people or children. You can even use up your leftover Halloween candy as well.
You can make flowers by painting each roll. After the paint dries, flatten it and cut into half inch pieces. Glue 6 of them together at the points to make the flower.
If you Google toilet paper roll crafts, you'll get everything from a simple flower to an elaborate wall sculpture.
