Sure why not? Just use longer rebar or dowel. -

You can try, tho winter is coming, and with the storms, and high winds, they may not stand. Try to think of something that is firm, that will hold the jars, and pots. Maybe even circle this area with cement blocks, and this will be like a protector. Tell me if this works, J. -
