Try a cash & carry store. I use the pour spouts that they have in the bars. Or you can go to a beer and wine place. They will carry them. Good luck.

Liquor store (like the bartenders use, take your bottles with you to assure a snug fit), or gourmet food shop.

Buy Two Vinegar bottles with Pourer tops . Pour Vinegar into your Wine bottle and use the other top for the other bottle. OR Buy Spirit Bottle Pourers...

They're called Table-craft vented pourers‘ and Amazon has them. Also Bed Bath and Beyond if you don’t do amazon.

Try a hardware store, they should have corks, or a misc. store will have some. Ask someone, who has a misc. store, or a antique store, they will truly have some. Best wishes, J.
