Your local library must carry books on macramé. Check them out, I'm sure you'll find something that will appeal to you.

Not specifically but I have learned that if you walk into the local library with a smile on your face and ask politely for help, the librarian all but falls over herself to pull the books for you . This is because everyone uses the Internet these days and they feel underutilized . They are a wealth of information . I love my library !

Your local library probably has macramé books. Otherwise, any store that handles craft products usually has macramé books and patterns.
