I did a gallery wall and it was easy. I traced each framed picture on paper and marked where the hanger was. Then I arranged them on the wall using painters tape...move them around until you like the basic lay out. By having marked the hangers, you can then tap in your nails knowing the pictures will be hung correctly. It was time consuming but worth it!
That's what I did too! I got a little bit lazy in the end and didn't pre-hang every paper in its proper place and the end result is slightly sloppier than I would have liked so I strongly suggest investing in the extra time to space and measure out where you'd like your pictures to hang before beginning. Have fun!!!
Find an old window, the type with individual frames/panes. Fill the panes with photos and hang on the wall.
I like the idea of an old window with individual frames/panes as well. However, they're all the same size. I used two different windows, and only used a row of each so I could have different size frames. Just depends on if that's what you want.
Hi. Doing a gallery, all frames need to be the same color. the bottom of the lowest frame should be about 52" from the floor. Then when arranging your frames, have the same amount of space between them. Like 2 to 3 inches between frames. Larges frame in center then work from there. Just a basic idea. Check Pinterest.
