How do I make shirts with pdf file?

i have been asked to make shirts, but have been sent a pdf file with several colors on it. I know my cricut can’t screen print onto shirts, but any idea what i can do? Or know of an affordable screen printer? I know i could go just through a company and order the shirts, but it costs wayyy to much. Thanks in advance y’all!

Depending on what the design is, you could break it into pieces via each color and then cut and layer...but that is not always fun (I' do it with my silhouette). however the easy way around this is to use a printable fabric that gets ironed on. I would suggest not putting it on a colored shirt however, because you can't really see the image as well verses it being on a white background shirt. https://amzn.to/2WVL5c9

It sounds like you're supposed to layer the vinyl for each color. HTV is pretty easy to use.
You can print it onto iron on t shirt transfers. We go through the steps here: https://www.frugalfamilytimes.com/2013/04/diy-harry-potter-marauders-map-t-shirts.html
Make a silk screen for each color, and silk screen the T-shirt.
Hi Ashley, I know you can purchase iron on printer paper, so you can print with ink jet then press them on with an iron. You can get this anywhere that sells craft supplies or printer supplies.
