Hi Wendy, Measure from the centre point of the table to the floor. Then find the centre point of your fabric and measure out from that point to the measurement from centre of table. If you use a piece of string (Pinned in centre) you can move it on the outside edge to obtain your circle. Mark as you go and cut out. If you need to hem the fabric add about 3/4" to outside measurement. Best wishes.
Do the measurements of table and table height, take to fabric store, they will figure yardage on the fabric you choose
Depends on width of fabric
If it's a larger round table like a dining or kitchen table, you will get the greatest amount of fabric, without having to piece it, if you buy a king size sheet. When you measure from one side, across the top of the center of the table down the other side to the floor, allow enough fabric for a hem around the circumference of the table cloth.
