How do you cut pegboard

I have a very large piece of pegboard that has been waiting for my sewing room. I am just not sure how to cut it.

Any saw will do: circular saw with a plywood blade, jig saw with a wood cutting blade, a Japanese pull saw or a good old fashioned hand saw.
To make it look good, make the cuts between the holes on the solid part unless you want scalloped edges. It shouldn't be much harder than cutting plywood for you.

An ordinary electric hand saw should do it. I would put tape where the cut is going to be so that you get a nice edge.
