How to complement a dull dark living room?

what accent colour would complement my living room which consist of 2 black leather lazy boys and a charcoal leather couch. The walls are a soft grey and the window covering is a simple white sheer. Thanks for your advice.

I would decorate with a vibrant accent color like yellow.
Add pops of color- like printed teal throw pillows, and get an accent rug to add color!
Any color you like! And make it bright! Those are neutrals and go with anything. Blues, greens, aqua are soothing. Reds, pinks oranges and some yellows are "hot" colors.
