Loctite 2 part epoxy comes in a syringe, mix up what you need.
E6000.
Try gorllia glue clear.
Try using some indoor/outdoor wood glue.
Have you tried carpenters glue ? Works on wood items well as long as the corks are clean when you start :)
I've used E-6000 and so far it's worked for everything. I don't know about cork though.

Have you given the " Aleene's Tack Glue" a try? Try this glue out and see if it works for you.

Use the Gorilla clear glue. It works the best. Another option might be clear silicone.
