Once the the paints become completely dry you cannot do anything. You have to throw them away. I'm sorry.
I don't think you can revive it. ..but sure...try calling the company
Hi Janet, It depends on how dry they are. If they are completely dried out, you should pitch them. If, however, there is any moisture left in them, you can add fabric medium to them. Mix really well and reuse. Don't add water to them because water may make the color spread on fabric. I hope this info helps you. Good luck.
Give a few drops of water a chance first. It may take a lot of stirring or shaking to get the paint emulsified. But it might be easier to buy fabric paint sizing to other paint you have. ☺️
