I need to make an inexpensive and large neutral wall decoration-ideas?

My casual living room wall is two stories high! I need to display a large wall decoration to fill up the large white blank space!
A tapestry works best.

Check at Goodwill / Salvation Army. They often have very large canvas paintings for $30.00 or so. A large quilt may also be pretty.
