How can I make a cloth seat cover to cover My tractor seat

I attached magnets to the back of a canvas painting. The magnets hold it onto the front of the electrical panel and it's easy to remove when access is needed. My parents have a large painting hung over theirs.
You could build a box around it, with a door to access the panel when needed. Of course, you can paint or stain the box any color you wish.
I've seen people take framed artwork and attach it to the wall with hinges so that it swings open to allow access to the panel whenever it's needed.
