What can I put on dried corn in decor, to keep squirrels frm eating ?

try spaying clear shellac on them

I looked and found a list of things they don't like to smell. My first reaction would be to shellac them. That said you might also want to check out this site. hope it helps.

try sprinkling them with peppermint oil, safe,but will deter them because rodents hate peppermint, you might have to reapply ,

Make your peace with the squirrels and let them have the last of the corn and don't replace it.

Buy some bags of corn cobs at the pet store amd toss them out for the squirrels. Maybe they will enjoy those more because that corn isnt as hard and they might leave your decorations alone
