Can you lay a vinyl floating floor over a ceramic tile floor?

    If its level you can, but make sure you use any under layment that is called for, and know that it will raise the floor higher than any flooring it meets up with

    if it is the kind that snaps together -yes. If it has to be nailed or attached some other way probably no.

    According to my floor installer yes! Snap lock is the way to go. I put in Premium core vinyl plank over letgo and love it! Has a cork backing that adds insulation and sound proofing.

    100% waterproof. Love love love this floor!

    It may depend on the condition of the ceramic tile. Over time the grout lines may begin to show through the vinyl. I think you need to prep the tile with some sort of filler for any flaws and indentations first.
