Elisa what do you want to do and what is this?
Elisa,
This looks like where your tile floor meets your wood floor. There are a variety of transition strips and thresholds to hide this area. You can check the big box stores and your local flooring store to find what will work best.
Yes you need to get a threshold made to fill in gap. Depending on shape or size you may need to.have it custom made.
I have done this. What you need is to cut out a piece of wood transition that will go over the tile a bit and up to the wood floor next to it. If it's exceptionally wide you will need to buy a wood seam binder which is just a wider piece. You might need a sander for the binder piece so you won't have a trip hazard. Then stain it to match the wood floor. Don't worry about what's under the binder, you can use scrap to support if it's a deep trough between the tile and wood. Some transition pieces you buy at the stores might not work if the tile is much higher than the wood. They make some specifically for that type of transition. https://cdn-fastly.hometalk.com/media/2015/01/30/2263764/diy-laminate-flooring-installation-diy-flooring-hardwood-floors.JPG?size=720x845&nocrop=1
Transition strips to take up the gap. They have all kinds to fit different flooring types. Home Depot, Lowes, or Menard's.
