Hi Deb. The best thing to do is to remove all of the grout and redo it. It looks like it is just on the edge. You could also remove it and replace it with sanded caulk. Good Luck!
Deb, As Amanda mentioned about removing the grout which is right, if I were you I would go to my hardware store or go to Home Depot and get a grout removal tool and then go along the area where the grout is either missing or cracked.
After you have removed the grout make sure that it is cleaned, then mix the new grout according to the instructions or if the have the same color which is pre made up apply it to the areas that you have removed the old grout.
A heads up ( word of advise ) is that the new grouts color will probably not match the old grout and that is depending on how old the old grout is.
