Hi Dj, We moved into our house two years ago. The first room to get attention was the bathroom. We put down peel-and-stick tile over what looked like peel-and-stick tile. It looks way better and, most importantly, has held up very well. This might not go as well if the original tile is ceramic or some other kind of tile. Placeing tile on top of tile will not last cement mix must have something to grip on tile smooth it needs to dig out and do over you could stick it on side walls where there is no weightHelpful Reply -

Be careful and take into consideration any doors that have to swing over the floor and the new tile may give you a lip that can be tripped over or painful to step onHelpful Reply -
