sorry dint know offical name we call it the humming bird plant.
If it's sorta fuzzy, I think it's a Callistemon or Bottlebrush shrub.
It is a butterfly bush! Avaliable usually at Lowe's and Home Depot garden center areas and, of course, nurseries. Easy to maintain. May need to protect it at first if you buy a very small one. It is my favorite shrub and I have several. Bees, hummingbirds, and lots of butterflies share my opinion. They seem to thrive in sunny sreas. Trim back for winter in snowy areas and to help shape them in early spring. They come in several colors.
I'm pretty sure its called a butterfly bush.
It's a dwarf Butterfly Bush.
heres another pic.

Butterfly bush....I have 2, one purple and a pink one and planted next to each other. Bought young, have had 2 summers now and trimmed back last Fall as it got 9ft. tall, this year, only about 5 ft. tall and pink only 3 ft. tall but plenty of blossoms....you need to dead head after blooms dry up and new sprouts will add more blooms....Google can give you a lot of good information as to how to maintain.....good luck....you have a very healthy bush....

Looking at that second picture if you zoom in it is definetly a different flower than my butterfly bush. Don't think it's a butterfly bush.
