These two flowers showed up in my flower bed. Can anyone tell me the names of them. Are they a weed?

The second pick looks like astible. They will get a pink or white flower-like stems on them.
Correct an astilb. They are perennials that come in various. I Planted them as they are shade tolerant. But I found unfortunately not dry soil tolerant and l didnt feel they were very showy. Left in place they will seed in all around the given area.
