Yes, they do. I have used them for my plants while I was on vacation. The plants always do well when I'm gone!Helpful Reply -

I have never used the globes, but I have 7 self watering pots in use right now and just love them. They work basically on the same theory, just one is on top and one is on the bottom. I have three hibiscus, two strawberries, parsley, and basil in them right now and all are doing fantastic even as hot as it has been.Helpful Reply -

you can buy the screw ends on line and use lieter bottles. Sometimes the stems of the globes are so fine that they clog w dirt and it doesn't wick well. Makeure you can see down the stem.Helpful Reply -

yes. But I use pretty wine bottles. You fill them with water. Drill a hole in the cork and place in the pot. It is great for tomato plants. Use small mini wine bottles for houseplants.Helpful Reply -

I have not found them usable, they clog with packed dirt and don't drain out the water!Helpful Reply -

Not really, they plug up and end up being a pain. Would be good on a special plant if you were going on vacation.Helpful Reply -
