I need some help with my friend here, the ears are dying on me...what am I doing wrong?

Make sure that receives full sun and water only when the first top 2 inches of soil feel dry to the touch.

Repot the plant in a cactus and succulent soil.Succulents do not require alot of water so be careful to hold off on that.They also require full sun.

Most likely you are overwatering it, I found that out when all of my succulents started to look like they were dying, I was loving them to death by water :(

Can you describe your typical habit of care for this plant? It may be you are over watering it. Succulents need much less water than you may think. I've had one for ten years I only water it when it is desert dry and I put seven dust on it nice a year to kill pest they look like hair or webs
