First time growing tomatoes 🍅 in a pot, how do I get more tomatoes?

I fertilize with Miracle Grow and when the plant grows large enough, cut off the suckers on the other side of the plant (the side without the flowers) to encourage the food to get into the fruit (tomatoes). Best to work with a large enough pot for the roots to grow. I use square containers and they do just fine. Water and sunny location and fertilize once a week or so and you will do great!Helpful Reply -

Make sure you use a good soil mixture for tomatoes. When planting sink the plant deeper.Once the plants start growing pinch off any flowers that are to close together. Remove suckers from the bottom of the plant. Tomatoes need a full 6-8 hours of sun a day. After the plant established then feed it with a fertilizer with a higher number in phosphorus. To much nitrogen will produce been and not flower.Helpful Reply -
