Ice plant is very leggy..should I cut them back?

My gorgeous (once) ice plant is very long and leggy. it has also got very tiny flowers on it, if any at all, instead of glorious blooms. Should I cut them back to encourage more leafing and flowers?

Ok kids...I did! And they were realllly longer than I thought! I have done that with my portulaca..didn't expect to have to do this with these.

UPdate.....I cut the ice plants..however they are growing nicely but no blooms..do they stop blooming in the summer?@Douglas Hunt @360 Sod (Donna Dixson)

They have a short period when they bloom alot, them they will bloom sporadically for the rest of the summer. You could give them a LITTLE bit of fertilizer and see if they will put out any more this year for you.
