What are the best natural fertilizers one can use to plant a garden?

Fertilization should never be done when planting a garden Depending on the plants ,for instance annuals ....wait until at least two weeks after planting....perennials,trees,shrubs after one year of established growth.

I use (for vegetables) a combination of organic compost and organic manure in my soil and use fish immulsion a couple times during my grow season.
