What causes the ends of the leaves on my house plant to turn brown?

Except for that it is a very healthy looking plant.

    I would find out how much water it is supposed to be getting. Usually brown tips is a sign of water stress in plants- either too much or too little. Good luck!

    Get a meter, they are around five dollars at home improvement stores garden departments. They can be a life saver if you have plants that have to dry out between waters and those that like to stay moist. Hubby takes care of the indoor plants, I have a black thumb for indoor plants. He uses the water meter and all our plants in the house are gorgeous and healthy.

    Uneven watering. In other words, the plant gets too dry before it is watered, then receives too much water.

    Drafts, too much water, not enough water, not humid enough...
