That is typical of hibiscus,however as a precaution they are prone to several insects. Spray them down on a regular basis with horticultural oil,check for any signs of a insect infestation as well,keep them well watered at all time making sure its the roots that get water and not the leaves,of course rain cannot be stopped.
Make sure you are watering it properly. Water it well so the roots are able to absorb moisture, but do not overwater it. Try not to water during the hottest part of the day if possible.
