Why its easy to grow most plants and to fail with a selective few?

    what have you tried to plant?What would you like to try? What kind of plants are you referring to? What is your location and lighting?

    Hi,yard is mostly morning sun, front and back. I plants pineapples, vegetables and fruit trees ; some dwarf on the deck,and the satsuma trees on the west side of the house that does great each year, but one of the grannysmith apple trees are just living. I grow mostly potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, collards and sweet banana peppers along with nine different types of fruit trees and roses,angel triumphs,theirs herbs and spices too that does just plentiful; but I would love to buy and grow a fern or soft colorful flowers at least once. Can you help? I've really tried several times and don't want to kill anymore of the pretty flowers.I'm a outdoors kinda grower that needs some help...........thank U" Jerri R.
