I copied this picture for you (above) from a reference I found, sorry could not type a message within it and it is huge. Well, it looks like your plant is about to bloom!
It is doing very well in the atmosphere you are growing it. You can pinch off pieces and root new ones. All my succulents are from this method, a friend shares hers with me. You could purchase a cheap pot and put the clippings in to root, then gift them. People will love you for it.
The older plants are blooming. No worries, this is what it should do.
