Shabby Chic Pallet Herb Planter
recently saw one on the side of a house. The pallet was hung up with the slats going horizontally. They had put bottoms on three fo the rows of slats, then planted herbs in the rows. They looked great, and it held about four plants in each row. I looked like they had given the whole thing a coat of water base or regular varnish before planting.
