What's the best flower/plant to grow in Texas?
I know that opinions vary, but what's your opinion?!I have great luck w Rosemary plants. Green all year long.
Easy! Pots! Lots and lots of pots! First, what is your sun exposure throughout the day? Next, what do you want to grow? Anything specific? Flowers, herbs, veggies, foundation plants such as a potted palm or fruit bearing patio tree? I would shop garage sales, yard sales, second hand stores, Goodwill, etc. And shop for pots and anything that appeals to you to be used for plant stands. You can always make over items with paint. How big an area do you have? I always try to incorporate some garden art and solar lights for added interest and pretty dappled lighting at night.
