How can I make a mesh lawn roller for spreading peat moss?

It is nearly impossible to rent this lawn roller, so I am searching for plans to make one out of hardware cloth or mesh.

Hi Sheila, you could probably have a welder or some one who works with metal build one for you, but honestly it would likely be more for the materials than purchasing one. It seems like you may be better off to purchase. Sorry I could not help you better.
