How do I build an efficient low cost raised bed?
Limited funds; may use scrounged materials, such as used cinder blocks. Need fresh veggies for better health. Do I need to add earth worms? Thanks.

You can use scrounged materials, but be sure whatever you choose isn't something laden with chemicals (some pallet wood is). As far as worms, if you build your soil and take care of it, the worms will come. For a lower cost option than soil from the store, I have a DIY soil recipe that is perfect for the vegetable garden, and it will last you for years and years. Good luck! https://thekitchengarten.com/diy-potting-soil/
Worms will come as you enrich the soil. Start a compost pile worms love them. Use the compost for your raised bed.
This bed is made from cinder blocks and has the compost element built in which I think is a fab idea
