How do I kill little trees from the root of the tree trunk.

Had the tree cut down 5 months ago. Little trees has be popping up everywhere on the front lawn. I have killed everything on my front lawn except the little trees that keeps coming back. Now, they are growing in my backyard. I’ve tried rock salt drilling holes and weed killer and cutting roots from the stump. I need help

Try to get the stump removed along with any roots and new roots growing from where you have cut the root. Stump or no stump the roots are still alive. See if whoever removes the stump has copper sulphate. This will kill all of the roots. But be advised only a professional can put down the copper sulphate. They know how and what they are doing.
Qt of vinagar 1/4 cup of salt and 4 squirts of dish soap mix well in a spray bottle and drench the whole thing
Use this product and you should have success. Bonide
I've used boiling water to kill these. Cur them off and pour it on.
