Okay.. this is just a spur of the moment thought. See if you can buy a small child's plastic wagon at a thrift store. Cut the sides off and back off leaving the front and handle; mount a regular sprinkler to it and you should be able to pull it to your next location. That is the quick way. Another way would be to make a platform, mount caster wheels to it on the bottom and sprinkler on top. You should be able to buy a hinge and add a handle to it.
It would have to be portable
How about using a soaker hose.
You can still buy the sprinkler that rotates the spray from side to side. And instead of moving it from place to place, buy two and another hose. Also attach a dual facet to your yard faucet so you can use two hoses at once. Best wishes ☺️
