There are sprinklers which can be set up with a timer. Check at your local hardware store. Be sure you have someone checking out your property while you are away just in case something happens to the water line.
Perhaps a timer hooked up to a sprinkler ?
Bury gallon jugs that have been poked full of holes so that just the mouth is exposed above the soil line.
Put in a drip or soaker hose with an outdoor timer and it should take care of itself. Have someone check on it so that no problems come up while you are gone.
