Upcycled tea cup planter instructions?
I saw an upcycled tea cup planter on Face Book. Can't find it now. The project used 5 or 6 chipped tea cups and saucers and an old plantation shutter. The cups were cut and plastered to the shutter. The saucers were broken and put on the shutter like a mosaic. Small plants were planted in the cups.
