How do I store ice hockey equipment?

What kind of solutions do you have for storing ice hockey equipment? Our house is like an apartment when it comes to storage solutions and I am struggling all the time with this. I have hangers, but it doesn't help with helmets and skates - not to mention bags. Any ideas?

Try hanging bike Hooks in a wall or ceiling in a garage or a long closet for the hockey sticks and a shelf along the wall for helmets and bags. Hang a few dowels or hooks under the shelf to hang the skates up-side down by the blades.

I have always put my trust fully in large storage baskets. They come in handy especially for households with children who are just too lazy to arrange their belongings. Hence, baskets allow them to simply throw their stuffs in without creating an utter mess of the place. Some even come with lids so you can further conceal the mess.
