you could probably do it. You would need to have a pump for air and water circulation, and be careful where you place it because birds will easily pick out the fish. I would research as much as possible or ask a garden center that specializes in ponds.

Yes. I have 3 large goldfish in mine. They have been there for several years. You will need electricity to run a pump.
I think a bathtub would work fine. Don't forget that you will need a pump. You don't want standing water for mosquitoes. Sounds like a good idea. Good luck with it.
