DIY Screened room around my rectangle pool

I want to build a screened room to go around my pool to keep the bugs and debri out and for safety for kids and my dogs. The ones online to buy are to expensive and I thought I could build my own but don't know how to attach the netting to the fence poles or PVC piping which ever works best. It can be a flat top roof or peaked roof. something like the picture with a door.

Netting can be stapled to fence posts with a trim glued over the top of the Staples. PVC pipe, you can make a clip by using a short piece of pipe with section cut out of the side. It looks like a letter "C" turning it into a clamp that slips over the pvc pipe.
