Just east of Dibble, OK on Hwy 39 there's a place with small and humongous dragon/loch ness monster. Some painted, some plain. I wish I still had the picture I took on my phone.
So do I!

this link is in Skiatook Oklahoma, they have some posted on their website, but I wasn't sure if it was the same one. And it's hard to tell from their site.
Someone in our neighborhood has one I could stop by and ask them where they got theirs.
I can see why you'd like to get another one. I've always admired the one in our neighborhood. You could put some glow in the dark beads, paint or eyes for Halloween... the one in our neighborhood I think it's painted a dark color. When you replace it you might ask about something to preserve it longer.
Also there is some DIY instructions online for making your own molds.
Good luck, I'm interested in what you may find. I will search a few more possibilities for you. If I find the DIY, I'll post it, I'm not sure how this posting works these days, But I do understand wanting to replace it

It would be very interesting to see what you end up with but IMHO your lochie looks rather good without his tail, Just looks like it is under the "water".
I turned it facing up hill and am still enjoying it, but... the tail was cute and the man making them retired. ;-( I'll keep looking and hope that if anyone sees one on the scenic byways, let me know.
There is a specialty concrete place in Bowling Green, Ky. I will have to find out the name of the place & find out if they have a website. But they do make anything that you what out of concrete. Most of the work they do is custom ordered & i have seen some really cool peices that they have made for people all over my town here in Bowling Green. As soon as i find out the name of the place & if they have a website i will let you know.
I have one similar to this
