How can I build an “outhouse” looking structure to cover my well?

Don't know it this would truly work but I would search for an old (but clean!) Port-O-Potty, remove the bottom and the bowl and use the remaining shell as a frame for wood siding. Or simply paint it with exterior paint with a faux wood roller. Could be done really cheaply! -

You can buy a overseas used wooden shipping crate for about $25 and cut and frame out a door. They are large enough to ship furniture and goods.
