How can I get more birds to my feeder?

I'm already buying the most expensive food. They used to come. Very fussy. Now the population is dwindling

They may have attracted a cat... so they shy away from the feeder.... or they could have just migrated away for the summer
I buy sunflowers seeds and mix in with their regular seeds .they really love the sunflowers seeds but can be expensive after a while .the red cardinals love them .also suet cakes . I will send some of mine over to enjoy your seeds .Good luck .

Perhaps some larger birds and squirrels (or even predators) are keeping your birds away. Perhaps you can relocate the feeder to another area and see if that helps.
Is the feeder located out of the rain? Seeds get spoiled quickly in humid or rainy weather So any roof-type coverage is best. Swuirrels can be deterred with one of those metal, weight-sensitive landing bars.
