How can I protect my mosaic stepping stones from wear and sun damage

My mosaic stepping stones are not all the same level. What im trying to say is I used sea glass and tile on them so the sea glass is higher than the tile so I need something thick to cover them that will help level it. I used polyurethane last time and the poly on the sea glass wore down and the sun turned the polyurethane yellow.

you need a marine sealer for outside
I would get crystal clear 2 part epoxy, marine variety, preferably. Its self-leveling, so build a little berm around each piece with plastic, even duct tape works to hold the epoxy in.
It's normal for glass and tile to get scratched and dull when used outside due to weather and grit when walked upon.
Keep in mind it will be slippery when it gets wet!
