check your zone first. Box wood is great. It’s evergreen. Any evergreen or globe spruce is good.
Do you have pine trees near by? If so azaleas like that soil, rhododendron, hostas, nandinas or dwarf burning bush (it’s a pretty red bush) to name just a few.
