What is a good grass if you have dogs?

I live in St. Louis and summers are hot and can be dry.

Well, tall fescues and perennial ryegrasses are more resistant to high nitrogen levels, and would be the best to resist lawn spotting. If you are looking for durability do to high traffic Bermuda grass and Zoysiagrass are good bets. Hope this helps ;)

Bermuda or st. augustine. I feel like I water my st augustine more than the bermuda though, so I'd keep that in mind.

CANADIAN GRASS IS VERY TOUGH, TOLERATES DROUGHT, FLOODING, HARSH WINTERS, BUT BE WARNED, IT GROWS TWICE AS FAST.
