Need signs that are not too expensive that won't fade or break.

  • Make them out of metal, a little more expensive up front but saves money by not constantly replacing.

The cheapest and simplest are painted paint stirrers with the plant written with a Sharpie pen. There is nothing I know of that will totally outlast full sun, but these are practically free, so it shouldn't matter too much!

Buy a big box of fat popsicle sticks that are probably around $5. Use a sharpie to write the name of the plant on it. That should last a year or more.
