You could hire a landscape designer, but only for the plan. Then DIY what you can.

    Hello Ericka,

First thing to do is to get a Plan drawn up of your land. Then make a list of things you would like to see on the land. Then draw with pencil the rough size you would like to see your feature take up and where you would like to see it on the grand plan. Or Invite a Landscape Architect or Designer to do it for you, using the ideas you have in mind. You will need to know what monies you have available to do the job, so the Designer can tailor the design to your purse. They will provide you with the Plan/Plans and all relevant information to either DIY or put you in touch with a contractor that can help you achieve what you have planned, or Run the whole job for you..........Hope that is of some help to you.

Do you like coordinating colors or different hues of the same color? Once completed, your curb appeal will inspire you to take the next step (tackle the next job). First, take a few moments to reflect why you landscaped like you did for the entrance. Do you want to carry that look over onto your property? Focus on areas you like first. Always do the next job that will inspire you to the next, and the next...
