Sure mulch as soon as possible. Not a solid frozen block. I bought 45 bags, in the fall when it cost .93 cents a bag. Put on the gardens as the snow is gone. I always buy mulch when the bag has a rip or tear. I wait till the Scott's mulch is on sale for $3.99. Then only buy the ripped bags, usually at half price. It does not matter the plants will grow thru the mulch anyway.Helpful Reply -
