Ducks invaded our pond! How can we get rid of them without harming?

They have made a home on the pond patio, we can't use the swings because of so much poop. We can't walk around the lake, or fish on the dock. HOW can we get rid of
these beautiful creatures without harming them? They increase yearly.

Ive heard put rubber snakes around.
I use an item called a scarecrow from contech it is a motion activated sprinkler it won't do the entire pond but you can reclaim areas. Oh don't forget to turn it off before you enter the area. Lol
